If you open the game and only see a black screen, your phone is likely showing an old, outdated version of the game. The fix is simple - you just need to clear your browser's saved files (called "cached images and files"). Follow the steps below using Google Chrome on your iPhone.

Open Google Chrome on your iPhone and navigate to the game. Tap the three dots (···) icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Step 1 - Open Chrome and tap the three dots icon

A menu will appear. Tap "Delete Browsing Data".

Step 2 - Tap Delete Browsing Data from the menu

You will see a "Time Range" option — tap it and change it to "All Time". Then tap "Browsing Data" to choose exactly what gets cleared.

Step 3 - Set Time Range to All Time and tap Browsing Data

Make sure "Cached Images and Files" has a tick next to it. Then tap "Confirm" — this takes you back to the previous screen.

Step 4 - Tick Cached Images and Files and tap Confirm

You are back on the previous screen. Tap "Delete Data" to complete the process. Your cached files are now cleared.

Done! Once cleared, go back to the game and reload the page. The black screen should be gone. If you're still having trouble, try closing Chrome fully and opening it again.

A popup will appear. Tap "More options" to access the full list of items you can clear.

Change the time range dropdown to "All time". Then make sure "Cached images and files" has a tick next to it.

Step 4 - Set All time and tick Cached images and files

Tap "Delete data" to confirm. Your cached files are now cleared.

Done! Once cleared, go back to the game and reload the page. The black screen should be gone. If you're still having trouble, try closing Chrome fully and opening it again.
